In lieu of flowers, the L'Heureux family has set up two accounts for those who wish to honor Richard's legacy:
Scholarship Fund
A Scholarship Fund in his name has been created at his High School.

Trust Fund
The Trust Fund in his name will support a
few organizations that Richard actively participated in.
These include: Junior Giants, IRC (International Rescue Committee), San Diego State University Weber Honors College and the San Diego State University Lavin Entrepreneurship Center.
